Shipping/Handling and Return Policy

We offer FREE shipping in the United States for orders over $75.

Your order will be shipped via United States Postal Service.  If you order a kit, it may be shipped via UPS.

For shipping to Canada and International Orders, please call or email.

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  Please call us before you order with any questions.  

Returns are accepted only with a return authorization.  Please call us at 920 322-9161 for a return.  The items must be in resalable condition.  We may charge a restocking fee.  We will issue a refund within 48 hrs of receipt of the return.

We do not refund the shipping and handling fees and you pay to ship your order to you and to ship it back to us.
